Saturday, April 8, 2017 Fun Fly for Child Abuse Prevention Month NORTH LIBERTY, IA– April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Please join others in the community for a fun and free kite festival on North Central Junior High School’s football field and at Tiffin City Park on Saturday, April 8, from 12-2 p.m. Kites will be flown in honor of all the children in Johnson County who have been impacted by child abuse.
